4. Analytics technologies on this site

To learn which sections of the site are most useful, we anonymously record browsing activity: which sections are viewed, which buttons are clicked (for example, WhatsApp or the brochures), the type of device (phone, tablet, or computer), and the date.

To do this, we store a random identifier in your browser's local storage (localStorage) that does not contain your name, email, phone number, or IP address, and is not linked to the data you submit through the form. We do not use advertising cookies or share this information with advertising networks.

You can delete this identifier at any time by clearing your browsing or site data in your browser settings, or by browsing in private mode.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We may only transfer it without your consent in the cases permitted by Article 36 of the Law, for example, when required by law or requested by a competent authority.

To operate this website, we rely on technology service providers (such as website and database hosting) that process data solely on behalf of the School, following our instructions and subject to confidentiality obligations. This does not constitute a transfer to third parties.

6. How can you access, rectify, cancel, or object to the use of your data? (ARCO rights)

You have the right to:

  • Access: know what data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Rectification: correct it if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete.

  • Any other document that helps us locate your data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 days from the date we receive your request. If your request is approved, we will carry it out within 15 days following our response. These periods may be extended once, for an equal period, when justified.

7. How can you withdraw your consent?

You may withdraw the consent you gave us for the use of your data at any time by sending your request to the same email address and with the same requirements described in the previous section. Please note that if you withdraw your consent for the primary purposes, we will no longer be able to process your admissions request.

8. How can you limit the use or disclosure of your data?

You can ask us to add you to our internal opt-out list so you no longer receive promotional communications by emailing [PENDIENTE: correo para temas de privacidad]. You may also sign up for the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).

9. How do we protect your data and how long do we keep it?

We apply administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access, including encrypted connections, access restricted to authorized staff only, and protected passwords.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, at most, for up to 24 months after your last communication with us, unless you begin an enrollment process or a law requires us to keep it longer. After that, we will securely delete it.
